Intuitive Counseling

Although I have been formally trained in psychology, I have chosen not to practice traditional therapy.  I am fortunate to be gifted with a natural intuitive ability to be able to help people to grow and evolve at their own pace.  I will bring to our sessions a sense of compassion, understanding, and intuition to create a safe space where you will feel not only heard but appreciated.  Working together, I will guide you to not only learn to recognize your own intuition, but to know when it is speaking directly to you.  Having the courage and confidence to rely on your own intuition will open doors to a purposeful and fulfilling life.

Meditation

Meditation has been proven to improve mental cognition, reduce stress and anxiety, and bring peacefulness and calm to an individual.  Over the years, I have heard many people say that they are not able to meditate.  They give up before actually learning how to find a practice that will suit their needs.  I am here to guide you through the process to help you to establish a satisfying meditative practice.  Some of the practices we might explore include: guided meditation, mindfulness meditation, and/or mantra meditation.  The hardest part is getting started.  Maintaining a practice for 30 days will increase the likelihood that you will develop a habit for a lifetime.

I specialize in creating individualized guided meditation for clients based on their own personal needs.  After an initial consultation, I will create your own personal meditations to address where you are in your life at that particular moment.  Perhaps you are looking to gain confidence…find balance…relieve stress…uncover buried emotions…whatever you may be hoping to accomplish, I can create signature meditations especially for you!
